Hi Rachel, four of us have just returned from 'To Neon' in Sfakera - we went to try their souvlaki. We had 10 souvlakia, three beers, three lemonades, a large water, two plates of tzatziki, two Greek salads, a plate of chips, bread - and the bill? - 31 euros. That's less than £7 each and we couldn't finish it all. What a wonderful way to spend two hours in a Corfiot village.

I was one of the lucky diners with Steve and Julie at Neon' in Sfakera, along with my friend Diane who had joined me for the last two weeks of my glorious month in Roda. The food at Neon's was not only fantastic value but also so yummy. When one adds the fabulous village setting with it's lovely genuine people and the amazing sunset, it makes my take away chinese from Epsom high street tonight, seen just a little boring!
Over the month I tried to eat in as many restaurants for lunch and dinner in Roda that I could and never had a bad meal in any. I am fortunate to have travelled widely to some of the "Leading Hotels of the world" however in my mind none compae with those in Roda!
Many thanks to you all x

I am sure everyone is aware just how much work and dedication it takes to produce such a professional informative and creative online magazine as the Roda Report, however staying in the next apartment to Julie and Steve I saw first hand the immense amount of early mornings and very late nights this fabulous couple dedicate to the magazine, promoting the village they now call home and love so much... Well Done to you both you are Super Stars!

Sorry it's been a while, but I've just got round to a proper read of July's Roda Reports...another superb issue! Every page was so interesting...yes, including the ads - and I especially enjoyed the slide-show. Thanks so much Julie and Steve for all your hard work in putting together Roda Reports, I know it's no easy task producing something like this on a regular basis.
Sorry if this isn't the right place, but put me down please for a calendar - if you have any left!
Take Care, Dad/Don

This should have been mentioned a week ago, at least, but a big thanks goes out to all our contributors in the latest issue. We had a record 6 contributors and if you would like to check out their articles again then click on their names below - We are already working on the September issue, so if anyone would like to write a piece between 50 & 400 words about Roda or Corfu, of interest to others then please email Steve and I at info@rodaonline.org

Hi greekgoddess - outside of Corfu Town there are few road names in Corfu. Spingos Apartments are off the old village road, opposite the church and just behind Lina's shop. They will encourage you to use the family's own pool at Panorama Apartments which is very popular and as near as any other, but on the next road over. Nowhere is very far away in Roda.

Hi Chris, as Kath says this post is over 6 years old & was part of the old forum before it had to be rewritten, I'll have a word with Steve to see if there's anyway to access it. pete.
