Anyone thinking of moving to Corfu and looking for a plot of land, then there is an opportunity at Almyros. Just 500 metres from the beach, this is a prime site of 2000sq.m. which already has a building licence for a construction of up to 150sq.m. The plot is on level ground and has good access together with olives trees and vines on the site.
Having an existing building licence, this shortcuts many of the issues involved in a new-build project. If you are interested, either contact Renna at Nostos Travel in Roda or let us know personally.

When it became available a few months ago, it was 100,000 euros, but the building licence makes a big difference and the price may be negotiable.

More information about the land at Almiros. There are 45 olive trees producing about a tonne of oil a year if you want it and probably the same amount of grapes. There are 150 artichoke plants around the edges, there are fruit trees like apple and cherry. There is mains water, electricity and telephone which is quite unusual for a building plot and, the building licence which is included would probably cost up to 20,000 euros and take months to be granted. This makes the 100,000 euro price tag very competitive both in monetary terms and from a hassle point of view. You could buy the plot today and start building tomorrow!
